Flowers and ducks and ????

Yesterday after work, it was really nice so I wandered around campus and took some shots of the flowers and our Mallard Ducks that are on the pond by the alumni center. The families are pretty amazing and the little ones are so cute.

this is from the a flower bed on campus -- loved how pretty the striping was 

And I had to take the orange one of course :) 

 The yellow was so delicate and I loved the way the light hit it

and a view of the whole display -- they do such a great job with all the flowers on campus 

Walking past old main -- loved the flowering redbuds 

This is a branch of one of the flowering trees -- just loved the way they flowed together

And here come the ducks 

loved the way the light brought out the green on his head 

this one is all about the reflection

Mama and her little ones

the babies are soooo cute and fuzzy 

just a nice shot of the duck pond -- its a very beautiful place

the light was perfect see how golden this duckling is :) 

they were all over the place 

I loved how this one was just swimming and the ripples and the blossoms in the water

the water was so clear -- can't believe this one sat long enough for me to get it and its reflection too 

turtles live there as well

I swear he posed for me. Love how well you can see the orange on his feet 

I didn't stage this -- they were sitting that way

Thanks for sharing my photos with me. I'll probably be visiting the pond again soon because its a  beautiful and interesting place
